New Ways to Work with Me

Endings are rebirths - invitations to let old ways die and new life, into our dreams.

Here it is.

All of my work transformed and ready for new flight.

I entered this year with a whole new sense of clarity, courage and creativity - feelings I’ve not felt since I took a large leap in 2011. I believe our lives are shaped by milestones. Moments so significant that you can literally feel the direction of your life changing to reflect more of your inner world. Moments that give meaning to all the small steps we take in between. Moments that remind you of what a gift it is to be alive.

Last year was one of these milestones for me. A year in which the foundations upon which I had built much of my self identity crumbled, new experiences with the unseen helped me to rebuild and new studies opened new doors. It was a year of deep rooted healing and Soul inspired expansion that I’ve now digested as one large calling to reimagine the entire way I live and work.

For the last 17 years I have been guiding others in creative expression, yoga and meditation, embodiment, healing retreats, 1:1 guidance, writing and poetry. These offerings are now integrating and evolving to form the below.

Relationship Therapy - a complete integration of all of my yoga, guidance and Emotionally Focused Therapy work. Now available for individuals and couples working on their relationship with self and others. 

Masterclasses and Courses - for those who are ready to grow self awareness, emotional intelligence and compassionate connection in all of their relationships, most importantly relationship with self.

Writing and Poetry - in restructuring, I am finally giving the writing of my book the time and space it has been longing for. 

Retreats - I will no be offering only one in person retreat each year. Please join my mailing list to be amongst the first to know.

I know that this will be a change for many of us. I understand that some will move on, some will move with me and some will arrive for the first time but I have deep trust that this is the most meaningful way my heart can serve yours.

I love the work I do and know that this is a pivotal milestone that I will look back on as one of brave new beginnings.
