Children are a Reflection of Us

The relationship you are having with your children, is a reflection of the relationship you are having with yourself.

While I don’t believe ‘perfect parenting’ exists, I do believe that when we take radical responsibility for ourselves we save our children from inheriting what we have not yet resolved.

As I embody my sensual nature, it gives permission for my sons to express themselves. As I embody compassion, it encourages my sons to live with an open heart. As I embody an acceptance for all that I am — fear, joy and mystery — it teaches my sons what freedom is.
