Everything is Changing

I believe we are living through a period of cataclysmic change. The kind of change that was foreseen by great minds, wise souls, mystics, saints and sages for decades. The kind of change that if we become willing, will radically change the way we live and breathe as human beings.

As dark as these past few years have been — and as perplexing as it has been to grow, loose and welcome new life into the world during this time — I feel incredibly blessed to be alive right now and feel an immense responsibility to be more discerning about the ways in which I contribute to the world. The world is pregnant with possibility and I want to move with what is being born.

There has never been a more meaningful mark in our history to understand that compassion is leadership, connection is power and love is our truest life force.

Let us become willing, permeable and tender.
Let us allow for life’s mysteries to inspire new ways. Let us tend to ourselves the way we would a child. Let us see what is here, before we loose it all.

I plan to wake tomorrow morning grateful for another day, another year, another lifetime of living the greatest gift any of us will ever know — life.
